GPW is short for GROW YOUR PROPERTY WEALTH
GPW Invest was founded in 2011 under the name Leader Homes GmbH to provide first class management, maintenance, refurbishment and renting services for the growing multifamily investment sector in Switzerland.
Since then, our consulting services and partnerships have grown internationally and we focused on legacy development by taking advantage of our grass roots expertise in Portugal housing market and its very favorable Real Estate investment tax benefits for worldwide income.
With most of our specialized team members being Portuguese living both in Portugal and Switzerland, we designed programs to help Investors or Non-Europeans to have access to the European Permit given by the Portuguese authorities for “Investment Activities” (ARI) – the Golden Visa. European citizens still have access to those benefits through the Portuguese Non-Habitual Tax Regime program.
